Privacy Policy
The German version (Datenschutzerklärung) is the legally binding text. This English version is provided for international readers as a convenience.
We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This website is a pure information site. We use no cookies, no tracking tools, no analytics services, and no embedded third-party content. The personal data that arises is limited to what is technically necessary.
1Website access (server logs)
When a page is accessed — as with any web server — certain connection data is processed in a server log. This concerns:
- IP address of the requesting device (truncated to remove the last octets where technically possible)
- Date and time of the request
- Requested URL
- HTTP status code and amount of data transferred
- Browser identification (user agent) and referrer URL, if transmitted by the browser
- Purpose
- Provision of the website, ensuring stability and security, defending against attacks.
- Legal basis
- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and functional web presence).
- Storage period
- As a rule no longer than 14 days, then automatic deletion.
2Contact by e-mail
If you contact us via the e-mail address provided on this website (contact@dewlinecorp.com), the data you transmit (name, e-mail address, content of your message) will be used exclusively to handle your enquiry and for any subsequent communication.
Our e-mail mailbox is managed via Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). When sending and receiving messages, data may be processed in the provider's data centres; for more information please refer to Google's privacy policy.
- Legal basis
- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries; otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficiently handling enquiries).
- Storage period
- Until your enquiry is fully handled; statutory retention obligations (e.g. under commercial and tax law) remain unaffected.
3Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics technologies such as Google Analytics, pixel tags, or web beacons. No profiles are built and no recognisable identifiers are stored in your browser.
For details see our Cookie Policy.
4Embedded third-party content
We do not load fonts, scripts, videos, or other third-party content from external providers into these pages. All content is delivered directly from our own server.
5Data security
The website is delivered exclusively over HTTPS (TLS). The certificates used are issued and renewed automatically via Let's Encrypt. The server and application are updated regularly.
6Your rights
Under the GDPR you have, in particular, the following rights:
- Access to the personal data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data (Art. 16 GDPR)
