Why we started Dewline
Across two decades of work in manufacturing, retail, and B2B services, we kept seeing the same pattern: talented operators burning their best hours on repetitive work that should never have touched a human in the first place. Reconciling spreadsheets. Re-keying data between systems. Hand-stitching approval flows that already have rules — they just aren't written down anywhere a machine can read them.
Dewline exists to close that gap. Not with a one-off consulting engagement that ends when the slide deck is delivered, but with operating systems that keep running long after the kick-off meeting is forgotten.
How we work
- Outcomes over deliverables. We measure success by the number you wanted to move, not by the number of artefacts we shipped.
- One platform, many workflows. Every engagement runs on Liquid.PM. You don't end up with a folder of one-off scripts that nobody owns six months later.
- Hybrid and sovereign. Your data stays where it needs to stay — your cloud, your data centre, or fully air-gapped on your hardware. AI included.
- Long-term over launch. The same engine runs the pilot and the production rollout five years on. We design for the second year, not the demo.
Where we work
Headquartered in Hamburg, working with clients across DACH and EMEA. Most of our engagements run under NDA, which is why the case studies on Voices from the industry are anonymised by design.
